Enclosed you will also find a Fee Agreement Form. This form allows you to establish fees for the corresponding services that you will be performing on behalf of MedNet IMS, Inc.  We understand that fees may vary due to file and case content so adjustments may be made to ensure proper compensation.  We would also request that you be as specific as possible to ensure no misunderstanding regarding the fee agreement.  You will also find a listing of MedNet IMS, Inc. policies.
