In this demo you will see how MedTrak can help you submit and manage the referrals you send to MedNet.

MedTrak Home Page

In this screen shot you are able to see the default MedTrak Home page for Adjusters and Case Managers. From this page, you are able to get a quick glance of the current services MedNet is working on for you. You are also able to Approve Reschedules and send emails about a case to MedNet customer service with the claimant’s information already populated.


Claimant's Page

On the Claimant’s page, you are able to see all of the claimants that currently have an open service with MedNet. You are also able to search for any claimant that you are either the adjuster or case manager for.



Physician's Page

The Physician’s page also shows you the current physicians for the services MedNet is working. You can also use the Physician’s Page to search our Physicians network.




Submitting a Referral

When submitting a new referral, MedTrak first checks to make sure that you do not have an In Complete referral that needs to be completed. This screen shot shows what happens when an Adjuster is trying to submit a new referral and they currently have an In Complete referral in MedTrak.

The next few screen shot will show you the process for submitting a referral using MedTrak. The first screen enables the user to select the Adjuster and Case Manager for the referral. When an adjuster and case manager are entered for a referral, both users will be able to see the claimant’s information, and both will be notified of events by email.


This screen shot shows you the claimant’s information page. This page provides you the ability to provide MedNet all of the needed information about the claimant for this referral.







We have skipped ahead in this demo to show you the page where you will select the service you need for this referrals. This page enables you to select a service and specify any questions you would like asked for this referral. You are also able to enter your own questions as well.







The select specialty page allows you to select the specialty or specialties you would like to request for this referral. By selecting multiple specialties on this page, you are requesting multiple services for this claimant. This provides you are quick and easy way to request multiple services for a claimant.







The request physician page enables the user to request as many physicians as you would like for this service. If you don’t want to request a physician, you simply click the continue button. You are able to request a physician two ways: search and manual entry.







This is the completed referral page. From this page, you are able to upload medical records and print a copy of the referral form for your records.
