• Registering with MedTrak
  It is simple to Register with MedTrak, just click on one of the registration links, enter your contact information and click the enter button. Once MedNet receives your registration information, our internal team will configure your account in MedTrak and email you a confirmation.
• Easy access to Referral Information
  MedTrak provides you with a quick and simple view of your submitted referrals so you know exactly where the referral is in our process.
• Step by Step process to submit referrals
  Submitting referrals using MedTrak is a step by step process using a few easy to use pages.
• Auto compete Claimant, Attorney, and Treating Physician Information
  If you have submitted a referral before for a Claimant, used an Attorney, or had the same Treating Physician, MedTrak will enable you to pull their information from an earlier referral and populate the referral you are submitting.
• Approve Reschedules Online
  If a claimant No Shows for an appointment, you will have the opportunity to approve the reschedule online with a click on a button.
• Automatic Email notifications
  MedTrak automatically notifies you when letters are generated and sends you a PDF copy of the client letter. You will also receive email notifications when a claimant Shows or No Shows for an appointment, and when the Physician’s report has been approved by our QA Department and is available on MedTrak.
• Upload Electronic Medical Records
  Is your office paperless? No problem. MedTrak enables you upload medical records after you have completed a referral and from your homepage.
• Search our Physician Network
  We currently are in the process of migrating and verifying our physician network information, so not all of our physicians have been migrated into MedTrak yet. So, just because the physician you are looking for is not returned in this search, does not mean they are not part of our network.
