Save time and money by submitting your referrals more efficiently using MedTrak. MedNet has developed an innovative referral management system using state-of-the-art technology to facilitate real-time interaction between your team and ours. MedTrak enables you to submit and track your referrals using our fast, secure, and easy to use website.

Once registered with MedTrak, you will use the login section on the homepage to gain access to MedTrak using your email address and password to authenticate with the system. After you have successfully logged in, you will be able to quickly and easily determine the status of all your submitted referrals with MedTrak.

Submitting a referral to MedNet using MedTrak is a simple process. Once logged in, you can simply click the Submit Referral button and follow a step by step process for submitting the referral. Once the referral is complete, you can print a copy of the referral form for your records.

As soon as you submit the referral it is displayed to our internal team to start working on it. Our internal team with then process the referral, schedule the service, and generate the letters to be mailed. You will automatically get an email confirmation with a copy of the client letter attached as a PDF document. All of the letters will also be available for you to review, if you wish, in Medtrak as well.

Once the scheduled appointment occurs, MedTrak will then notify you by email in real-time if the claimant Showed or No Showed for the appointment. If the claimant No Showed, you will have the ability to approve a reschedule with a click of a button, if you wish, right there in MedTrak, without having to pick up the phone.

After MedNet has received the physician’s report and it has cleared our QA Department, you will receive an email notification and will be able to view the report in MedTrak in a PDF format.
